Sexual Abuse: Case of Grandparents accused of sexual abuse. As a 730 Expert I want told by the mother of a 7 year old child that she was being molested by her grandparents during their visits.  Intterviwing the child, I decided to interview the older daughter to determine if she was abused at anytime during her visits.  Questions were carefly presented to avoid planting suggestions.  No evidence was determined.

Another case I was engaged in was with a young mother with a child from a former relationship.  She wanted custody and stated she did not want the father to have any visitation rights at all.  Described scenes of being beaten and abused.  Investigating these charges, there were no police reports, no pictures of bruises, etc.  I suggested to the courts to give the Father 50% custody as is stated in California rules and laws.
