The Gaine Institute has developed it's treatment programs to help people unlock the door to release their powers within.  According to Dr. Gaine, "people are like snowflakes - everyone is different.  In order for successful treatment, one must recognize each individual's uniqueness to release their creative intelligence and their powers from within." 

Treatment programs follow the G-A-I-N-E-S Methodology, a proprietary and copyrighted approach, which has proven effective at treating substance abuse and addictive disorders.

  • Legal Expert Witness Testimony

    Dr. Gaine also provides legal expert witness testimony for the defense of court-related issues due to: substance abuse, allegations of sexual abuse, child custody related issues, and forensic hypnosis.

  • Child Custody Evaluator

    Dr. Gaine is a 730 child custody evaluator on the list of Ventura County and Los Angeles County Superior Courts with a special masters with high-risk conflict.  Dr. Gaine has completed over 70 evaluations to date.

  • Hypnotherapy and Continuing Education Provider

    Approved live and long-distance training certification offered for the mandatory training for continuing education of 730 Evaluators.  BBS Approved Provider #PCE-103 and MCEP Provider #GA1003-001.  Judicial approval for California rules of court.
